Q. Why can't I sign into "All databases"? I keep getting an error.
I have tried both with my email address and password, as well as with just my username and this is the error message I keep getting.... File missing: docs\deny.htm
If you get this error message, it possibly is because you have not been added to the approved list for new students. Send your nine digit student number to the librarian or to IT and ask them to add you to the new student approved list for database access. It is a good idea to include the error message.
